How Global Giant AECOM Develops Smart Engineers into Solid Leaders

AECOM and Profiles representatives worked closely together to develop ‘Leadership Development Progams’ that tied directly to the AECOM Leadership Model. The Leadership Model was derived from the CEO’s 2020 vision and from what would be required of leaders in the near future.

The custom CheckPoint 360°™ assessment was generated from this model and strategies including a 5 year plan, was put in place.
