The relationship with Profiles International is without doubt a remarkably successful one, so much so, that to date, AECOM are utilizing Profiles tools, the CheckPoint 360°™ and CheckPoint SkillBuilder throughout all areas of the organization.

AECOM and Profiles representatives worked closely together to develop ‘Leadership Development Progams’ that tied directly to the AECOM Leadership Model. The Leadership Model was derived from the CEO’s 2020 vision and from what would be required of leaders in the near future.
The custom CheckPoint 360°™ assessment was generated from this model and strategies including a 5 year plan, was put in place. Employee participants of these assessments noted that the program was outstanding and they were honored to have taken part and excited for the development opportunity in the company.
